What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
- Pursuant to the By-laws. Article VII (6). The owner if each condominium unit shall have the voting rights to one vote. If a condominium owner owns more than one unit. He shall be entitled to one vote for each unit owned. The vote of a condominium unit shall not be divisible. Please refer to the associations documents.
What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?

What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing for my unit type and when are they due?
- Maintenance payments are due the first of each month. Payments received after the 10 th incur a 5% as a late fee. Currently the maintenance for A & B units (01& 02) is $990.82 per month. C&D (03 & 04) units is
- $926.44 per month. New rates will go into effect as of December 2021.
Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association?
